Please read below for important information about how to set up user permissions and how to take advantage of new features that make it easier to access Subscription benefits—directly from your Autodesk software.
Subscription Benefits: Access Is Now Just a Mouse Click Away
You already have access to a variety of productivity tools, including e-Learning, software downloads, and web technical support, on Autodesk Subscription Center. Now—you have improved access to Subscription benefits directly from within your Autodesk 2010 software.*
In most cases, you and your Autodesk software users can now access Subscription benefits from within Autodesk software products—without entering a user name or password.
In-Product Access to Subscription Benefits Now Includes:
- Downloads. Product enhancements and time-saving productivity tools—including the newly released Subscription Advantage Packs—are now available for download from within your product. Download them immediately—no sign-in required.
- Learning and Training. Access e-Learning lessons, instructional videos, and podcasts directly from your product interface.
- Enhanced Search. The answers you need are at your fingertips with improved search results and in-product access to premium technical support content in the Autodesk® KnowledgeBase.
- Technical Support. A new “Keep Me Signed In” feature allows easy in-product access to Autodesk’s world-class web support team—just set up your user name and password, and submit your requests.**
- “Keep your Subscription Advantage” Notifications. Receive periodic notifications on the latest Subscription benefits, as they are released, as well as reminder notifications when your Subscription benefits are about to expire.
