Onsite Office Visits & Trouble Shooting

Onsite Office Visits & Trouble Shooting

Onsite visits allow one of our highly trained professionals to visit designated offices to assist in the management of the organisations CAD requirements and assist with any technical difficulties that may have occurred.  This alleviates the need for a full time CAD manager and ensures that all recommendations are in line with industry best practice.
Customisation

Customisation

Customisation enables users to gain the maximum return from their CAD investment by extending the powerful tools to incorporate company specific requirements.  Customisation can be undertaken in either LISP or Visual LISP/VBA and old LISP routines can be converted to Visual LISP/VBA as required.  Customisation can then either be managed by the company or AEC Systems can manage this customisation and keep it up to date with the latest release.
Productivity Workshops

Productivity Workshops

Productivity workshops enable our highly trained staff to demonstrate the latest features of all new product ranges to assist in embracing new technology as it becomes available and assist in transitioning companies to these methodologies.  Customised workshops can also be arranged focusing on individual company requirements for improving productivity.
Participation in User Groups & User Group Administration

Participation in User Groups & User Group Administration

User groups form a central pool of information to assist with the direction CAD is taken in any company.  AEC Systems are committed to assisting with this through participation in user groups and assisting with the administration of these.  The level of involvement is entirely up to the company and ranges from observer, participant, moderator or chairperson.  By effectively running and monitoring meetings this group can better drive the overall function of CAD into the future.
Standards & Procedure Management

Standards & Procedure Management

Effective standards and procedures allow a company to ensure consistent output of drawings in line with set protocols.  This will also assist with the induction of new staff and ensure any work outsourced returns with the same quality and consistency as produced internally.  This becomes the basis for all quality documentation and reporting.
