AU is the world's largest annual gathering of working professionals, industry experts, and Autodesk executives. The four-day event combines a comprehensive learning environment with a trade show and a mix of business and social activities -- all designed to help attendees learn new skills and build valuable business relationships.

The Autodesk University 08 was an event like no other that I have attended. The information gained from the sessions will now be put into practice within our organisation and will assist in providing productivity gains throughout the organisation along with being able to provide users with some internal training. The meetings organised by AEC with the various staff from Autodesk were invaluable, getting information straight from the people who develop the product was excellent. The hospitality shown by all the members of the AEC team whilst attending the university was above and beyond what I ever expected. It was a fantastic experience and the hospitality that AEC showed was fantastic. Thank you very much. - Brian Pilkington, IT Manager, Brown Consulting (QLD) Pty Ltd.

I thought the meetings/agenda was well thought out and pitched at what would interest me. I enjoyed the Introductory Key Note with Carl Bass. The Structural and Civil meetings/discussions were also very informative particularity the discussions about 3D bridge modeling. The Executive lunch also offered some interesting discussion. The show on Wednesday night was fantastic!! - Stephen Solly, General Manager Capability (Engineering), Parsons Brinkerhoff (Australia)

AU 2008 is an excellent event where you can discuss face to face with experts from all areas of interest. AEC Systems arranged a series of high level meetings with Autodesk managers allowing greater insight in how developments will relate to our business. - Philip Smith, Associate, Beca NZ

Attending AU2008 was a very worthwhile experience. The ability to meet the Autodesk executives was most valuable, it enabled me to gain a better appreciation on what Autodesk’s future plans were for their products. The technical sessions provided the opportunity to bench mark where we are with our rollout of Revit and also pick up some useful hints and tips. - Brett Taylor,  Director, Born Horst + Ward Consulting Engineers

AU2008 was very beneficial for me as I was able to make some very good industry contacts with like minded Revit Users. I was able to pick up some things I did not know, but also pass on things that others did not know. The meetings with Autodesk were also very beneficial. As I was able to get a glimpse of the future direction for the Autodesk products while also having questions answered on how the current products work. The AEC team looked after us well after each days sessions and meetings. Taking us out to dinner and also to a fantastic show on the Wednesday night. This for me helped make the whole AU experience a very enjoyable one. AEC went out of their way to ensure that everyone gained useful information from the daily sessions and enjoyed themselves at night.Anthony Doyle, Drafting Manager - Structural, Robert Bird Group Pty Ltd

Attending Autodesk University provides unique insights into the future direction of our key software applications. The classes offered provide detailed  information and expertise that is simply  unobtainable elsewhere. AU attracts world class experts, and the networking opportunities at the conference have opened new channels and reinforced existing relationships for ongoing collaboration and alliances. - Rodd Perey, Associate , Architectus
