You do not need to have the software (Revit, Civil 3D etc) installed.

Many people struggle to efficiently and effectively detail within Revit as a result of taking a ‘CAD’ approach to documentation. Join us for a look at the broad range of detailing tools available within the Revit platform. We’ll guide you from creating detail views right through to applying the final touch of detail. Using detail components and repeating detail components, you’ll learn how to speed up the process and develop a library of elements that can be used to document future jobs. We’ll also take a look at the methods for controlling object appearance throughout the various views in a project.
