BIMLink is a very powerful Revit 2012/2011 plug-in which allows users to very quickly enter or edit Revit data/parameters. The power of this application is existing or blank data can be exported out of Revit to Microsoft Excel where it can be modified and them imported back into Revit seamlessly.

What makes this application so significant is as the data is in Excel; all Excel formula and data manipulation is at your finger tips, and all your office users are familiar with Excel it allow you to get the best out of both with very little effort.

Family Names, Family Type Names, Element type and instance parameters, Phasing, Material properties, Key Schedule Parameters, Sheet Parameters, View Parameters, Generic annotation labels and basic text can all be exported and imported.
