What are the Webcasts...?

Webcasts for AEC Systems are a means of doing presentations without having to physically be in the same room. Essentially, you see the presenters screen and hear their voice (either by phone or voip) so it is the next best thing to being side by side.

  • You do not need to have the software (Revit, Civil 3D etc) installed.
  • The scheduled sessions below are for large groups -
    - E-Learning sessions are available for smaller groups on specific topics...

Civil 3D 2010 - CORRIDORS - from simple template models to powerful string based decision based models...

Join us for a Webinar on May 8

CORRIDORS - simple to complex:

We'll start with a standard basic model and extend it as follows:
•Standard Modeling (basic 'template like' approach)
  •Target Mapping (String Based Approach)
•Offset Assemblies (skewed Cross sections - has to be seen to be believed!)
•Conditional Assemblies (add some serious intelligence to your model)
AND
  •   **MARKED POINTS for complex Modeling**
In a nutshell, marked points allow you to model from the outside strings in towards the CL instead the usual approach which goes from the CL out.
This is where the real power of the Corridor Object is exposed.

We will touch on all of these topics during the presentation and gladly accept feedback on which components are most relevant for follow up sessions so please drop by and give us your feedback.
