The knowledge base is available free for everyone. Just a simple registration is all that required.

To know about prices or any other details please register yourself at the online support and you will be contacted.

The online support system is available to log support calls 24 hours 7 days.

All you need is a login and password which is provided for all customers registered with us on annual support and also all on Autodesk subscription program.

The website also has a knowledge base which is regularly updated with known issues affecting Australian/New Zealand CAD users.

Another important section is the discussion groups, where you can discuss various issues with other users. A great place to share ideas and thoughts and get help too. These discussion groups are specific to the Australiasian environment, though international users are welcome here.
