Implementing new software is more than just installing it out of the box.  This session will look at some techniques for ensuring a smooth transition from one release to the next and how to plan and manage this important aspect at a business level.  We will discuss the phases of an implementation and provide an insight into planning your company’s next role out of their critical applications pertaining to CAD.  The session will also cover analysing new features in each release and how these can be adopted at a company level.  The session will finish off with some tips for targeting training at the new release and including this as part of the implementation strategy.
